The right code brings websites to ADA compliance, improves SEO, and puts your company at the forefront of prospects and customers.

Dating back to the Myspace days, Allie learned to code through the desire to express herself virtually. Naturally, learning HTML and CSS while designing the perfect layout brought her a sense of satisfaction when it all came together. Our clients are thrilled with the results of Allie’s expertise, and she continues to hone her skills for maximum impact.

When not at the office, you can find her lost in a book, watching movies with her husband, or creative writing.

Over the past 30+ years, he’s built companies, led high-performing teams, and worked with organizations in multiple sectors (particularly in healthcare, small-medium sized businesses, and non-profits) – from startups to industry leaders – to unlock revenue growth through strategy, execution, and authentic connection.

Lucien Roberts

Lucien Roberts

Manager

Lucien is someone who rarely colors within the lines of life and sees our world differently. As such, he is a natural fit with the misfits of The Idea Center.

Lucien had a successful career leading medical practices but retired in early 2022 after a fourteen-month struggle with Long COVID. Having spent 35 years in healthcare and served in leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels, he knows healthcare from all sides. He understands both the business and care of healthcare and constantly seeks to find an equilibrium between the two. And because he thinks in curves rather than straight lines, he is adept at finding a competitive advantage; he just doesn’t believe in beating one’s head on the writing on the wall when other ways abound. Lucien will be helping us help our clients. Given his novel way of viewing the world around him, we expect he will help with non-medical clients as well.

Lucien has diverse interests…his family, disc golf, alternative music, balloon animal origami, and friendship among them. He believes a friendship is the best investment one can make. A prolific and award-winning writer, he has authored more than 100 articles for the likes of Physicians Practice, Medical Economics, MGMA Connexion, and other publications. His slogans – most of which cannot be repeated on this PG-13 website – have been used by Heinz Ketchup, Neurological Associates, and others.
